Justice Agyemang

Justice Agyemang has been practicing in the area of banking and financial services for his entire legal career spanning twenty years. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (BBA) from the Schulich School of Business, York University, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in Financial Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. Justice is currently Senior Legal Counsel for HSBC Bank Canada, supporting its Commercial Banking and Global Trade and Receivables Finance lines of business. He has expertise within the areas of corporate/commercial law, business and retail banking, trade finance, financial services, financial technology (FinTech), bankruptcy and insolvency, creditor’s enforcement rights and technology law. Justice has worked in private practice and in-house settings and has director experience in both a business and charitable context. In addition to mentoring for the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, he is an active Mentor and Assessor for TMU’s Law Practice Program.
