
Gordon Chan
Gordon is a Corporate and Commercial associate at Loopstra Nixon LLP, where he advises on mergers and acquisitions, bank financing, real estate transactions, and general corporate advisory matters.
Gordon holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Toronto and a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario’s Faculty of Law. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2020 and the New York State bar in 2023. In addition to being a Business Law Practicum Mentor at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, Gordon is a Teaching Team Member for the “Lawyer as a Negotiator” course at Osgoode Hall Law School.
As a Business Law Practicum Mentor at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, Gordon looks forward to working with students on understanding foundational concepts in business law that will enable them to feel confident in their abilities as they enter the legal profession.
