Navneet Alang is a columnist, essayist, and journalist. He writes about food and drink, technology, identity, and culture at large, His work has appeared in New York Magazine, the Globe and Mail, The Atlantic, The Walrus, Eater, Bon Appetit and many more. He is currently a contributing columnist for the Toronto Star. He holds a Ph.D. in English Literature from York University.
