Holly McKenzie-Sutter - The Canadian Press

Holly McKenzie-Sutter is a journalist covering Ontario politics and Queen’s Park for The Canadian Press news wire. Before relocating to Toronto, she was the Newfoundland and Labrador correspondent for the wire service for two years. Holly has been a member of two provincial press galleries and has reported on provincial and federal elections, severe weather events, Canadian industries like mining, fishing and oil production and was part of a National Newspaper Award-winning team for coverage of the April 2020 mass killing in Nova Scotia. She has also reported internationally from Turkey on the global refugee crisis. She graduated with a Master of Journalism from the University of British Columbia in 2018.
