Collective Agreements
TMU has a strong history of collaborative collective bargaining and positive labour relations. We are committed problem solvers, successfully negotiating collective agreements with all the unions on campus that include progressive changes that meet the needs of all parties.
The collective agreements for each of TMU’s seven bargaining units outline the terms and conditions of employment specific to each group, as well as the rights and obligations of the university and its employees/members.
