Christiane Tarantino

Christiane Tarantino is a PhD student in Communication and Culture and a doctoral associate at the Modern Literature and Culture Research Centre at Toronto Metropolitan University. Supervised by Dr. Irene Gammel, Christiane researches suburban literature with a focus on immigrant and newcomer narratives. She has a passion for literature and community outreach. Christiane completed her M.A. in the Literatures of Modernity program at Toronto Metropolitan University (2020) and her BA in English at the University of Toronto (2019).
