
Dr. Zeeshan Ahmad
Zeeshan Ahmad earned his B.Eng in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, Pakistan in 2001 and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan in 2005. Zeeshan joined Department of Electrical, Computer and Biomedical Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University ( formerly Ryerson University) in 2015 and earned his M.Eng in 2017 and Ph.D. in 2021 with specialization in Deep Learning for Computer Vision. Zeeshan has been working as Postdoctoral Fellow at Toronto Metropolitan University since October 2021. His research includes designing of Deep Learning based Multimodal Fusion Models to reduce Inter-subject data variability to improve Multi-level Stress Assessment using Physiological Signals ( ECG, EEG) . Zeeshan is a part- time professor at Wilfrid Laurier University and Humber College where he teaches Machine Learning.
