Dr. Somnath Kundu completed his PhD in mathematics under the guidance of Dr. Konstantinos Georgiou and Dr. Pawel Pralat. He has three master's degrees (structural engineering, data science and mathematics). His main interest is in the field of theoretical computer science. Dr. Kundu currently works in computational geometry involving bouncing, visibility, search, evacuation, patrolling, visitation, etc. He has also worked in the fields of game theory, optimization techniques, random graphs and acquisition problems. He has wide industry experience in the field of time series analysis, data and process modelling, system architecture, finance and engineering.
