I am currently a postdoctoral fellow in Daphne Cockwell School of Nursing at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). I achieved my Ph.D. degree in sociology from Queen's University. Prior to joining TMU, I was a postdoctoral scholar in the Asian Institute at the Munk school of Global Affairs at University of Toronto. My current research focuses on how digital technologies impact work practices across various social sectors such as public health, political governance, and media production. Presently, I am working with Professor Josephine Wong (TMU) on her CIHR-funded research project to study how digital-media technology has impacted the mental health care of university students.
