I earned my Ph.D. in environmental microbiology in August 2019. As a research scholar and research assistant at Michigan State University, I conducted and published research on antimicrobial resistance (AMR), water-borne pathogens, and designing cost-effective microfluidic amplification assays. My current work at Dr. Gilbride's Lab is focused on the dynamics of wastewater-based epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 and other respiratory viruses. With over 30 research contributions across various venues, including 25 journal publications, an h-index of 15, an i10-index of 18, and more than 850 citations, according to Google Scholar, I am dedicated to advancing knowledge in my field and contributing to the academic community through rigorous research and scholarly endeavors.
