Dana Dranka, PhD, is a distinguished researcher specializing in biomedical engineering, particularly in the development of advanced imaging techniques for cancer detection. She earned her PhD from Case Western Reserve University, where her research focused on nanobubble-based contrast agents for ultrasound and photoacoustic imaging. Her work has contributed to improving non-invasive methods for diagnosing and treating cancer by refining the use of ultrasound technologies. Currently, Dana is continuing her research at Toronto Metropolitan University, advancing multimodal imaging methods and signal processing to enhance diagnostic accuracy. Her expertise in signal processing, computer vision, and ultrasound makes her a leader in the field of medical imaging.
