I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Cybersecurity Research Lab, Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University. With more than a decade of experience in conducting research and managing international development projects, my current research examines the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion of Immigrants into the cybersecurity sector.

I am also passionate about international development, particularly poverty alleviation, migration and development, community-based self-help development, sustainable development, and renewable energy. With over seven years of project management experience in Nepal and Malawi, I have played a leading role in community mobilization, microfinance, and community-based self-help development initiatives.

I hold a PhD in Geography and Environmental Management and a Master of Development Practice (MDP) from the University of Waterloo, Canada and an M.A. in Rural Development from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
