Micro-resilience is about learning to reset after minor moment-to-moment or day-to-day challenges through uni-tasking, managing the stress cycle, using hope to reframe your attitude through hope, building a joy kit, refreshing your body and clarifying what you value most. Discover the power of aligning your writing routine with your natural energy peaks. Explore tailored strategies for productivity based on your chronotype (are you a morning lark, third bird or night owl?) and learn to leverage accountability tools for sustained graduate success.

TMU graduate students and postdocs from all disciplines are invited to attend!
