Activity (optional): Erasure poetry

GRAD Art Hive is designed to provide a refreshing break from your studies and offer a haven for creativity and connection. Bi-monthly on Wednesdays, starting September 25, from 1-4 p.m. in DCC, 7th floor, we offer a welcoming and inclusive space where you can unwind, explore your artistic side, and connect with your peers. Each session features planned activities that do not require any artistic experience, and art supplies will also be available for students and postdocs who prefer to work on their own projects. Our trained peer supporters will be on hand at every session to facilitate conversations about mental health and well-being, providing guidance and fostering a supportive atmosphere.

Whether you’re looking to reflect on your journey, share unique perspectives, or simply take a moment for yourself, GRAD Art Hive is here to support and inspire you.

Join us and experience a nurturing environment where your well-being is our priority. Embrace this opportunity to connect with fellow graduate students and postdoctoral fellows, and discover new ways to cultivate balance and creativity throughout your academic journey. Don’t miss out—be part of GRAD Art Hive this Fall 2024 and rejuvenate both your mind and spirit!

No artistic experience required. All materials provided. FREE refreshments served!

TMU graduate students and postdoctoral fellows from all disciplines are welcome!
