Navigating through conflict is stressful, challenging and something many hope to avoid. Conflict is inevitable, though, even when we take great care to avoid and prevent it. Learning more about your own style in approaching conflict, how to optimize skills to help you navigate situations of conflict and how to learn and grow from conflict are some of the goals of this practical and highly applicable workshop.
