With the Fall semester around the corner, we know the demands of your graduate studies are resuming in full swing. At GRAD Art Break, we invite you to give yourself space to recharge, rest and reflect with your peers through creative activities!
As grad students, we may spend a lot of time “in our heads,” and this can produce unwanted stress and anxiety. Join us at the GRAD Art Break Doodling session and try out some doodling activities with your grad community for coming back to your body and staying in the moment.
No artistic experience required! All materials provided.
Open to all TMU grad students and postdocs.
