This session is presented by the Yeates School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies and the Graduate Leadership Institute. Hosted by Dr. Wilson Leung.
We face many situations in life that trigger emotions within that may negatively affect us and could also be hurtful to others. To the extent that we are aware of these emotions and can manage these constructively will impact our effectiveness as graduate students and leaders.
In this session, you will learn about your strengths and weaknesses in emotional intelligence and develop strategies for growth.
TMU graduate students and post-docs from all disciplines are invited to attend! This session qualifies for the Future Smart program.
