GRADVision
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Understand their core values
- Articulate their leadership purpose
- Identify societal needs or challenges
- Develop a vision for positive change
- Apply vision implementation practices
By taking part in this program, participants are expected to commit to:
- Attend or watch the recordings of three values/vision workshops in October and November (approximately 1 hr per session)
- Completing personal reflection exercises in-between workshops and being prepared to share insights
- Develop a brief online presentation on their learnings from the program; the presentation would be showcased online through OSI and GLI
By fully completing the program, participants will earn a certificate of completion, a LinkedIn digital badge, and be eligible for Future Smart.
