Google Apps security tools to help improve online security

Recently, Google announced new security tools to help our Google Apps users take more control of their security online.

A new Devices and Activity dashboard (external link)  gives users additional insight over the devices accessing their Google account. The page shows a comprehensive view of all devices that have been active on an account in the last 28 days, or are currently signed in. If you notice any suspicious activity, please change your password immediately by selecting Security option. You will be directed to my.torontomu login page and upon authentication, you can change your password using Self Service functionality.

Google is  also launching the Security Wizard (external link)  which shows your account permissions, recent account activity and approximate location.  and account permissions. Security in the cloud is a shared responsibility and keeping your information secure,  being more aware of your security settings and the activity on your devices, will help in protecting your account.
