Added features to Google Calendar Appointment Schedule

With the introduction of Appointment Schedule in 2022, Google will be completely replacing Appointment Slots beginning July 15, 2024.  After this date, you will not be able to create Appointment Slots, but will have to use Appointment Schedule.

With this announcement, Google has introduced new features to improve the usability of Appointment Schedule.

• Add up to 20 co-host to the Appointment Schedule.  
• Ability to create Appointment Schedule on a secondary calendar.
• Allow delegates to your calendar to make adjustments to the Appointment Schedule.
• Check the calendar for availability.

These features are currently available.
