New banners in Google Chat to protect against malicious links

In Google Chat, you will now see warning banners against potential malicious links coming from users with personal/consumer Google Accounts.  These warning banners, already available in Gmail (external link)  and Google Drive (external link) , help protect users against malicious actors.
