Change to locations of booked rooms in Google Calendar

In Google Calendar, when booking a room or resource this information will now only appear in the guest list, it will not be duplicated in the location field of the event. This update allows for you to enter a geographic address into the location field of the event to make it clear to your guests the location of the event.

Rooms will no longer appear in the location filed in a Calendar event.
