Through his early career, Matthew had the opportunity to travel throughout Canada and the US implementing colour management solutions, production workflows, automation workflows and production equipment and later consult business owners on technology investments in the commercial print, packaging and wide format verticals.

In working with major packaging brands on colour workflows and solutions, Matthew developed a passion for the graphic packaging segment and has been leading the graphic packaging segment of Spicers. Currently Matthew continues to lead the Ontario sales team in the role of Sales Manager with a focus on packaging, flexography and wide format (temporarily).

Through his involvement with many industry associations and being a sitting council member of PAC, Matthew has continued to enrich the knowledge of his team and co-workers by jointly collaborating on events (in person and online [2020]) to continue to educate anyone willing to learn about technology and its impact on their day to day production and business.
