New gift

The Michael E. Kusner Award, offered by the School of Urban and Regional Planning, receives renewed support
November 15, 2019

Sherrill Burns has made a generous gift of $10,000 in continued support of an award named for her late husband, Michael Kusner (pictured), in the School of Urban and Regional Planning. Established to honour the school’s founding director during the 25th anniversary celebrations in 1994, the Michael E. Kusner Award recognizes a student for exceptional work in land use planning or design at the site scale.
