Join the Sustainability Office for a tour of TMU's campus through a sustainability lens. Aspects of campus design and planning that will be explored include energy-efficient and low-carbon buildings, responsible waste management, urban food security initiatives, spaces to honour ongoing Indigenous reconciliation and low-impact development initiatives that foster the integration of local ecosystems with human activity.

The aim of the tour is to empower attendees with a fresh perspective on sustainable design and operations when passing through institutional and commercial spaces.

An eco-buddy plant will be given to all attendees after the treasure hunt on the third floor of the South Bond Building.

This is a green/single-use plastic-free event, so bring your own water bottle.

Accessibility

As this is an in-person walking tour, comfortable footwear is recommended. Let us know if you require any accessibility accommodations.
