Faculty and contract lecturers can access the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), a free, confidential counselling and information service to support your health and wellbeing. Some examples of resources include:
- Immediate crisis counselling
- Short term counselling
- Child and eldercare resources
- Financial guidance
- Legal guidance
- Tips for managing health and wellbeing
The EFAP program is administered by Telus Health (external link) and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. You can contact Lifeworks for immediate support in the following ways:
