TFA Faculty Member Annual Report
Dear TFA Faculty Member,
You are invited to prepare your annual report for the 2022-23 academic year. As in previous years, all TFA annual reports must be submitted online via the TFA Annual Report application. The TFA Annual Report application can be accessed via the following link:
- my.torontomu.ca portal > Apps tab > Other TMU Applications > TFA Annual Report / CUPE 1 Currency Report
To log into the report, you will need your TMU username and password.
The deadline for the TFA annual report submissions for TFA Faculty is May 15, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.
All TFA members, including faculty on sabbatical leave and Librarians on paid leave, are required to submit their annual reports to be eligible for a Career Development Increment (CDI) payable September 1, 2023.
The University understands that the COVID-19 pandemic may have affected TFA members' abilities to carry out their duties. We invite you to include in your Annual Report any relevant information related to how COVID-19 may have impacted your work.
Please note that the following statement will be included in all submitted Annual Reports for the 2022-23 academic year:
“The activities outlined in this annual report were carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic. These circumstances may impact teaching assessments and Faculty/Course Survey results. We ask that evaluation committees take into consideration the challenging conditions caused by the pandemic and the effects it may have had on their teaching, service, and SRC activities.”
