When a Resident’s Behaviour Changes (#100B)

This simulation revolves around a first-year university student, Mike Jones, whose behaviour has dramatically changed in a short period of time. A Residence Assistant must interact with and assess Mike to determine if he is suicidal.

Information for Learners

As the Resident Assistant (RA) at Pitman College, you must engage Mike and express your concern about his changed behaviour. In addition, you need to assess Mike’s condition and determine if he is suicidal, under a twenty minute time frame; if it takes longer you must seek help and assistance from a supervisor.
