Information for Learners

You are the newly hired Production Manager of Not The Stratford or Shaw Festival. You want to take the time now to get to know your employees before conducting their performance reviews two months from now. In particular you want to better understand Pat Reid. Their file indicates they do good work; but, in the past two performance reviews they have been warned about absenteeism and lateness. As there has been no evidence of change in Pat’s behaviour you want to address it in today’s meeting and find a solution to avoid another negative performance review.
