This simulation was developed for Angus Yao in the Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University.
Students are faced with and must discuss how they would handle the ethical dilemmas presented to them in four short scenarios.

Information for Learners
In each scenario, you are the senior manager confronted by a colleague, a direct report or perhaps their boss asking the manager to guide or make a decision. You need to consider your biases, values, gather facts and clarify the issues before determining action and its impact.
