Information for Learners

As the Human Resources Specialist, you are responsible for interviewing and hiring the new Customer Relations Specialist. The two candidates for this important position are both qualified but very unique and different. While conducting the interviews in your office at the art gallery, you must assess which candidate is best qualified to manage existing clientele while developing new business for the gallery. The appropriate candidate must have strong closing and communication skills to meet the Gallery’s needs and fulfill the position.
