Advocating for and Gaining Buy-In for Resources in the Workplace (#412)
This simulation was developed in collaboration with Alan Faigal from the School of Early Childhood Education, Toronto Metropolitan University.
A dedicated teacher needs to present a proposal for resources to the school principal. In advocating for students, they need to provide a plan and a clear request.

You are a teacher in the Resource Centre at Primrose Public School and you identified a need in the school and centre that would benefit the primary division students. You know funding may be an issue but you believe in your solution to the problem - in your resource. You have made an appointment with the principal, Chris Murray, and are meeting in their office to present your plan.
