Co-op

Discover the intersection of learning and real-world application with our Co-op Program. This includes personalized student advising, targeted programming, resource development, co-op recruitment, infrastructure maintenance, administration support, and meticulous management of employer-student relationships.

What makes our Co-op Program stand out?

Our Co-op Program follows a defined work term schedule but offers flexibility for participants to extend their employment to durations of 8, 12, or 16 months, aligning with program guidelines. To ensure a comprehensive learning experience, participants are required to fulfill pre-approved job roles, register for corresponding work term courses, and submit insightful work term reports.

Navigating the job market is simplified through our continuous hiring process and exclusive Co-op Job Portal. Whether securing positions through our portal or independently, rigorous approval processes ensure alignment with program criteria, including paid, full-time positions lasting at least 12 consecutive weeks and relevance to the program of study.

Maintaining academic standards is paramount, with a minimum GPA of 2.67 required for Co-op Program eligibility.
