Peer Network Program

Students supporting students

Designed for undergraduate engineering and architectural science students, the new Peer Network Program (PNP) is your insider’s guide to all things FEAS. Whether answering questions, one-on-one advising or tailor-made workshops, PNP is here for you. Our team will help you connect with your peers and the greater Toronto Metropolitan University community.

Note: If you’re a first-year engineering student, FEAS’s First-Year Engineering Office is your main resource for customized support, including tutoring, group study, advising and more.

If you have questions about the program or require additional information, please contact husam.olabi@torontomu.ca.

“In my experience, learning outside the classroom in team-based extracurricular settings is as important as learning in a classroom environment. Through the Peer Network Program’s Masterclasses, I will provide students with opportunities to build the soft and technical skills they need for the workplace.”

“If someone isn’t enjoying an event, they’re not getting the full learning experience. By mixing entertaining elements like group activities with educational material like hands-on workshops in the Peer Network Program’s Masterclasses, I will encourage student learning in an engaging environment.”

“As a student, I’ve learned the importance of setting goals and not letting grades negatively affect my mental health. With the Peer Network Program, I aim to strengthen communication outreach resources for my peers to help them manage and maintain balance between their academics and well-being.”
