Lynn joined Toronto Metropolitan University in October 2021 after an 8-year tenure at the University Health Network (UHN), Canada’s largest health network. At UHN, she held management positions, leading a team of financial analysts to successfully achieve the organization's financial goals. Lynn's expertise extended to managing UHN's Research portfolio, valued at $500 million annually, where she played a crucial role as a financial advisor to the Research Institute's Directors, ensuring strategic objectives and financial sustainability. During her final two years at UHN, Lynn served in UHN Digital department, overseeing the organization's IT portfolio with an annual Ministry of Health funding exceeding $200 million for operational and capital investments. Lynn's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from SAIT in Calgary, and she has been a Chartered Professional Accountant since 2010.
