Here's what happened at the CUE's 2023 Clean Energy Expo
On February 23rd, 2023, the Centre for Urban Energy hosted the annual Clean Energy Expo, attracting over 70 guests to the Centre for Urban Energy at Toronto Metropolitan University. The Clean Energy Expo allows energy innovators, industry members, and researchers to celebrate the accomplishments that they have achieved over the year while making strides towards a better future.

Presentations
The day’s programming components included presentations by Harneet Panesar, Katherine Sparkes, and Cedric Tai. Harneet Panesar discussed the Ontario Energy Board and their projects that help the province transition to clean energy. Katherine Sparkes presented a pathway to decarbonization while meeting Ontario’s growing electricity needs. Cedric Tai discussed Opus One while discussing the energy management platform they created and how their innovation contributes to the energy transition.
