After Graduation
As a graduate, you'll have the professional flexibility to work in a wide range of computing environments. Some launch careers in large corporations, start-ups, public sector or independent consulting. Others continue onto graduate level studies and may pursue a career in academia.
Career Possibilities
Some of our alumni land job offers for technical positions. Others move directly into I.T. management roles. Jobs abound in just about every sector imaginable, such as health, technology, banking, and government.

Our graduates are equipped for success in a wide variety of positions, including: cybersecurity specialist, full stack developer, software engineer, web application developer, product manager and more.
After my third interview, the engineer from Amazon told me he was surprised by the breadth of my knowledge. The diversity of courses we take at [TMU] and my experience in the competitive programming club prepared me well.
Graduate Studies
Other graduates choose to continue their studies. Our department offers both Masters and PhD programs in Computer Science. These programs can lead to advanced, progressive working roles or to a career in academia.
