Replace Your OneCard
If your OneCard is lost or stolen, it’s important that you report it as missing to the OneCard Office as soon as possible. You are responsible for any unauthorized transactions resulting from the theft or loss of your card.
Step 1: Report your lost or stolen card to the OneCard Office as soon as possible
You can do so by email or phone. Once reported, the OneCard office will deactivate your card.

Step 2: Replace Your Card by visiting the OneCard Office
No ID is required, and the information from your previous card is automatically transferred to the new card, which is printed on the spot
Replacement costs
If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, you are responsible for the cost to replace the card.

Replacement cards are final sale
If you lose a card and cancel it, it can be reactivated once located as long as you haven’t replaced it. Once a cancelled or lost card is replaced, it cannot be reactivated for any reason. There are no refunds for replacement cards, even if the original card is located.
