Ted Rogers School of Management’s Ted Rogers MBA program has ranked fifth on Bloomberg Businessweek’s 2024-25 survey (external link, opens in new window)  of MBA programs in Canada.

The Bloomberg Businessweek Best Business Schools 2024-25 ranking is based on 15,248 surveys from students, alumni and employers internationally, as well as compensation and employment data from each school.

“It is a tremendous accomplishment to be ranked once again amongst the top five MBA programs in Canada,” says Ted Rogers School of Management Dean Cynthia Holmes. “What makes it more meaningful is that the ranking includes feedback from our own students and alumni.”

Aside from Ted Rogers MBA’s overall fifth spot in Canada, the program ranked 3rd in learning and 3rd in entrepreneurship. That’s higher than last year when the program placed 4th in learning and 5th in entrepreneurship. The program also ranked 4th in compensation in the new survey.

“These results are a credit to the hard work of our faculty and staff, who have built a program that prepares leaders for success,” says Dr. Laleh Samarbakhsh, Graduate Program Director, MBA. “It’s also a credit to our incredible alumni, whose achievements are the best evidence of the value of a Ted Rogers MBA.”

The Bloomberg Businessweek survey also included qualitative data from respondents about what they liked most about the Ted Rogers MBA program. One respondent said, “The best thing was that it really enhanced my critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. It gave me confidence to tackle complex business problems using various frameworks and processes. There was a lot of business case practice, which was extremely practical.”

Another respondent commented, “The case-based learning allowed us to get hands-on experience solving real business problems. We were also frequently provided with candid feedback, which helped identify areas where I needed to improve.”
