#HTMRyerson wins big at the 2021 Hospitality & Tourism Case Competition
Congratulations to our #HTMRyerson students for placing FIRST in both the hospitality and tourism categories at the HTM Case Competition! Minah Kim, Brian Vuong, and Chantal Wong received first place in the Hospitality category. Liana Cook, Shenghan Wang, and Salomé Wysocki received first place in the Tourism category.
The HTM Case Competition tests the skills of university students with real-life hospitality and tourism scenarios. This year's competition was hosted by the Université du Québec à Montréal with the following competing schools:
- Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management - Ryerson University
- Lang's School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management - University of Guelph
- École des sciences de la gestion - Université du Québec à Montréal
Hospitality Teams
The "BY Consulting" team includes Minah Kim, Brian Vuong, and Chantal Wong who placed first in the Hospitality category!
The "MSA (Motivated, Super and Awesome)" team includes Megan Barbuio, Alicia Gan, and Somin Park.
Tourism Teams
The "Connecting Tourism Differently" team includes Liana Cook, Shenghan Wang, and Salomé Wysocki who placed first in the Tourism Category!
The "Tourism Redefined" team includes Nicole Banh, Parita Shah, and Audrey Yip Qing Yu.
