The Met Dining Room

Celebrating the End of an Amazing Semester at The Met Dining!

We want to thank all the students who made this semester so special for the HTF506 course. Your hard work and dedication have been incredible!

A heartfelt shoutout to Chef Tommy, Chef Chris, Chef Pouravi, Instructor Brian Heasman, and TA Mina for their guidance and support throughout this journey.

The Met Dining will not operate for lunch during the Winter 2025 term. The HTF506 course will feature experiential learning through our Culinary and Catering Department food and beverage operations like Ted's Kitchen and Ted's 2.0, and visits to F&B operations off campus.
