Zara Uddin

Dr. Zara Uddin

Dr. Zara Uddin is a family medicine resident at the University of Toronto. She completed her Doctor of Medicine at Western University and earned her Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Dr. Uddin is passionate about advocating for marginalized communities and is driven to positively impact this world. She conceptualized and co-founded a non-profit organization, the South Asian Women’s Health Association (SAWHA), to empower and support South Asian women in leading healthier lives. Dr. Uddin is also a fierce mental health advocate. Finally, a few of her favourite things are cats, chocolate, playing badminton, and memes.
