Tushar Sood

Tushar Sood is a medical student at the University of Toronto and an alumnus of McMaster University. Originally from Brampton, Ontario, Tushar is interested in social medicine and evidence-informed policy. He cares deeply about advancing health equity and advocating for systems transformation in Ontario. Tushar has served on multiple TMU School of Medicine councils, was the VP Global Health on the University of Toronto Medical Society, is an active member of provincial and federal medical student organizations, and is a Junior Fellow at Massey College. In his free time, Tushar enjoys trying new foods and spending time with friends and family.
