Mariah Rodriguez-Imbarlina

Mariah Rodriguez-Imbarlina is a first-year, first-generation medical student at McMaster University, where she serves as VP Internal on student council. Before beginning her MD degree, she received a HBSc from the University of Toronto and a MPH from Brock University. She grew up in an underserved community in Etobicoke (but has since also lived in Mississauga and Brampton). She is incredibly passionate about health and education equity. In the past, she's worked as a Program Coordinator for the Black Physicians of Tomorrow, a Support and Care Navigator for WellFort CHS, and practicum student at the MOH's Health Promotion and Prevention Policy and Programs Branch.
