Michael McGregor
Biography
Dr. Michael McGregor is Associate Professor in the Department of Politics and Public Administration and a member of the Yeates School of Graduate Studies. In addition to holding a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario (UWO), he holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Political Science from the University of Waterloo and a BSc (Eng.) in Biological Engineering from the University of Guelph.
Prior to joining Toronto Metropolitan University in July 2016, Dr. McGregor was Assistant Professor at Bishop's University (Sherbrooke).

Dr. McGregor’s scholarly interests include a variety of questions related to the study of elections and electors in Canada. His recent efforts have been focused largely upon the local level. He is also interested in the topics of Canadian politics, political psychology, and research methodology.
