Before Chekhov wrote any of his great full-length plays he wrote short plays that he called vaudevilles. When he was writing these shorts he wrote "I don't much care for theatre, but I do enjoy vaudevilles." This production will stage some of his greatest short plays including The Bear, The Dangers of Tobacco, The Festivities, The Wedding Reception and Swan Song
