If you wish to schedule an appointment with the Office of the Ombudsperson, kindly send us an email. We offer the flexibility to meet either in person, virtually, or over the phone.
Contact us if you believe you have been treated unfairly or need to talk about your concerns and options for moving forward.
Access to voicemail and email accounts is restricted to Ombuds staff only. For discussing issues, we recommend phone conversations or virtually meetings, as the confidentiality of information transmitted via email servers cannot be guaranteed.
We can accommodate after-hours and off-campus appointments upon request. Our commitment is to respond to voicemails and emails within 2 business days.
