A different kind of Pride this year
Like many events this year that have been postponed or cancelled, Pride is no exception.
Although community members won’t be gathering on campus for the annual Pride kick-off or venturing into the Village during Pride Weekend to celebrate all the festivities, Pride can still be celebrated at home. Departments across Ryerson, including Alumni Relations and The Catalyst at FCAD, have organized a month’s worth of activities for people to check out virtually.
Many of the events are led by Positive Space, a volunteer-run staff and faculty community network for people of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities and gender expressions.
