Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Practice

The EL Hub is pleased to share EDI in Practice, a unique resource that prepares learners for the transition into their careers and communities as engaged citizens. This interactive, self-directed online learning resource utilizes simulated experiences, reflection activities, interactive self-assessments, and more to develop students’ skills and provide training that prepares them to respond to difficult situations that they may encounter in experiential learning opportunities. The resource is organized into modules covering the topics of anti-Indigenous racism, anti-Black racism, ableism and accessibility, gender equity, 2SLGBTQIA+ & transgender inclusion, and harassment.
