Information for Learners
As the Assistant General Manager of Brimley’s Cereal you were asked to facilitate a key group decision-making process. The group must select the winning product name and the celebrity spokesperson for a marketing campaign to promote a new cereal. Time for decision-making is limited as Brimley’s is ready to launch the new product. This is the first time this group has worked together and they must come to consensus about their decisions. As the group facilitator, you do not have a stake in the final decision, but you are tasked with ensuring the process reflects each person’s input.
